 And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear Lord the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help to him from his enemies. (Deuteronomy 33:7)

Beautiful people we will continue our study on the above verse. I am still excited about the revelation of the first part of the verse. The Lord will hear us when we call in Jesus name. The next part of Moses blessing to Judah was, “and bring him unto his people”. Moses didn’t just say, ”and bring him to people” rather he was so specific. Moses appreciated the need to specify what was needed in the life of Judah. If for nothing else, Moses was a man of great knowledge and understanding.  

As I go through life I have observed that those who had the right people of their kind went very far. The reason is that when you are surrounded by people who are ready to believe in your vision- you are less likely to struggle through life. Everybody likes to have a sense of fulfillment in life’s endeavors. Nothing hurts like when nobody wants to stand by you and show support.

Joseph experienced it first hand from his entire family. It was so bad that his own siblings wanted to kill him. His brothers eventually sold him to slavery, dipped his coat in animal blood, looked their father in the eye and told him their brother was dead. Today such behavior is still prevalent.  Some people just look at you and decide that you are not worthy of their support. One of the greatest gifts of every man or woman of vision is to have support for your dreams and aspirations.

Moses also understood the import of the prayer he was making because he had experienced isolation in the wilderness. My prayer is also same that God will bring “our people” our way in Jesus name. People that will stand by us in our journey through life, people that will dare to stand by us. I don’t know about you but I seriously need that manifestation in order to accomplish the dreams that the Lord has put in my heart.

If everything you accomplish in life is by so much labour then the distance you will cover will be less. But if you have support from your people it will be more rewarding. As you conclude reading this particular write up please pause and pray this simple prayer today,

“Dear lord please bring my bunch my way in Jesus name Amen”.
