IT SHALL NOT STAND.Click and read.

Take counsel to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us. (Isaiah 8:10)

The Almighty is a wonderful God. He is to be feared and worshipped. He is an awesome God and when He speaks a thing it always comes to pass. He is the God whose ways are past finding out. He takes His position of heavenly Father very seriously. He has his promises but He also has commandments. God has said that we should exalt him above all else and that His glory no man or principality should attempt to share in for He is a jealous God.

The Lord watches over His own at all times. For as the mountains surround Jerusalem; so the Lord surrounds His children. He has paid the price and bought us with His blood that was shed on Calvary tree. Having paid such a high price, it is only naturally that He will protect and watch over what He has paid a price for. Today He makes an emphatic declaration that “Take counsel to naught; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.”

If God is with us as His children, then why do we walk around in fear? Take counsel is like saying that the oppositions to our progress to make an attempt at taking counsel but their end result will always be in futility. The Lord recognizes that not every gathering is convened in an attempt to favour us but He has ahead of time made His stand known so declare His word as it is. Every negative counsel against you is brought to naught in Jesus name. Even when the opposition speaks a work, as long as it does not align with what the Lord allows it will not stand. Clearly the Lord states that only His counsel shall stand because the plans He has for us His children is for good and not evil to bring us to an expected end.

These words are a major confidence booster. God is with us. I say it again God is with us. It does not matter the conspiracy in place. Walk with your head held high. Stay focused on your vision in life. Pay less attention to who is after you and focus more on Who is with you and where you are going. Celebrate His provision for protection and work hard to achieve what you have set out to.

YOUR ADVERSITY IN LIFE IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR FAILURE IN LIFE.
